At Desert Light Farm, we believe skin care should be simple. Not filled with complicated ingredient lists, harsh additives, or things you can’t even pronounce. That’s why we focus on real, intentional ingredients we personally feel good about using on ourselves and our kids. Every product we make starts with grass fed beef suet we source right here in Arizona. From there, we slowly hand render the suet ourselves in small batches - we NEVER buy heavily processed pre-rendered tallow in bulk. That part matters deeply to us. By rendering it ourselves, we’re able to control the quality from the very beginning and keep the process as natural and intentional as possible.

All of our products are hand made with carefully selected ingredients such as:

• Jojoba oil
• Rose hip oil
• Coconut oil
• Shea butter
• Pure essential oils
• Naturally occurring clays and plant-based colorants

Many of these ingredients are naturally rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and nourishing fatty acids that help support your skin. One of the reasons we love beef tallow so much is because it’s incredibly compatible with our skin. It's similar to our skin composition which means our skin actually recognizes it and is able to utilize its benefits. Tallow is deeply nourishing for dry as well as sensitive skin.
