Tallow Balm

Rich, firm, and ultra nourishing - our Tallow Rescue Balm is a concentrated skin salve made from grass fed suet, jojoba oil, and pure essential oils. No water, no fillers, no preservatives - just skin food.

We start with suet - the cleanest, most nutrient-rich fat from around the kidneys of grass fed cows. Unlike regular fat trimmings, suet is dense in vitamins and a much "cleaner" fat. We slowly render it by hand into pure tallow, preserving its natural goodness without chemicals, or preservatives.

Tallow absorbs beautifully to restore skin barrier function, soothe dryness, and deliver long lasting hydration. Jojoba oil adds a silky glide and helps balance the skin’s natural oils.

Unlike our whipped formula, this balm is not whipped, giving it a denser, more solid texture that melts on contact and creates a deeply protective barrier for dry, cracked, or compromised skin, making this balm ideal for targeted repair.

Ingredients: grass fed tallow, jojoba oil and essential oils

💜 Lavender Woods
Essential Oils: lavender, fir needle, light patchouli, juniper berry
Scent: A calming and earthy scent with floral depth and a hint of woodsy wilderness.

🌿 Desert Fresh
Essential Oils: rosemary, eucalyptus, bergamot, cedarwood
Scent: Clean and herbal with a refreshing spa-like feel.

Essential Oils: None
Scent: No scent added - just the natural, subtle aroma of pure, clean tallow. Perfect for sensitive skin or those who prefer fragrance-free skincare. And no, it does not smell beefy!

Use: Rub a small amount between fingers to warm and melt, then apply to face, hands, body, feet, elbows, or anywhere in need of deep restoration. A little goes a long way!

Tips for long lasting Tallow: Avoid introducing any water into the jar. Since there are no preservatives, water can shorten the life of the product and potentially cause it to go rancid. 

Storage:
Keep in a cool, dry place. Balm will soften slightly in warm environments but remains solid and shelf-stable.

Packaged in a 2 oz reusable glass jar. Handcrafted in small batches.
